This is your gateway to information about employment opportunities in the Government of Western Australia, the State's biggest employer.

This is a "one stop" page with many resources for finding that perfect employment position. Provides helpful links: Career resources; Work Doctor. Interesting stuff on "cold canvassing non-advertised job vacancies" (over 70% of jobs it seems are obtained this way!).

Centrelink

Centrelink delivers services, programs and payments for ten government departments including employment services. The page is available in a variety of languages for those who require it.

Intersector

The official magazine of the Western Australian Public Sector and incorporates the Public Services Notices. This online version also has Government Joblist section - jobs which have been advertised in the press.

The Sunday Times

This is a Perth weekend newspaper link. Search for Job vacancies under the "Career One" section. The drop down menu provides a search for categories of jobs in all states of Australia.

West Employment Online

The West Australian Newspaper Internet site. Look under Classifieds, and click on Employment. This site lists West Australian job vacancies in local , government, hospital and education areas. Seminars and feature articles on employment opportunities are also relevant to job seekers.
