Swan TAFE Staff Members may request the Journal Circulation to them by completing the details below, clicking the check box in the right hand column and clicking the Send button at the bottom of this form.  Your information will be e-mailed to the Library and the journals will be delivered to you as soon as they come off display in the Library.

I understand that all issues circulated to me must be returned to the Library within four days of receipt.
